Oporto - Canberra DFO — Restaurant in District of Canberra Central

I wanted to order a burger and was just checking on what to order meanwhile a Uber driver was getting his order sorted out and getting the food, I was near the driver and things happened so quick, the driver has 2 orders he got the 1st one and for the second order the driver asked the guy at the front desk politely that if he could get a paper bag so that he can put 2 food paper bags which was small in size and out of no where they had some word exchange and suddenly the guy at the front desk grabbed the food from the drivers hand and asked him to get his own bag, and the driver was saying I asked you nicely to give me a paper bag, the guy at the front said I don’t have time and the paper bag costs him 50 cents, and the driver asked him should I pay for the paper bag ??? And the front guy refused to give the driver the food and asked him to go and get his own bag from his car. That’s the end the driver left and don’t know what happened ?? But as far as I was there the driver didn’t have any wrong here as he was just asking for a paper bag to put the 2 small food which was wrapped in a thin paper bag. So next thing I did was seeing the aggressive behaviour of the guy at the front of the desk I couldnot order nor I’ll ever order from the store if I see the guy at the front just simply because he doesn’t know how to treat others.

Just literally rubbish, I can't believe how this place is serving food. We ordered 'Something to share which includes 2 burgers, some chicken strips and chips. The chicken strips were fried untill it turns into charcoal , my first bite was horrible and not edible at all , which actually ruined my taste buds, what's even more shocking is when I went to show them the manger from the till pointed the girl who was on the fryer , she came to me and saw the strips and no apology or whatsoever, after 5 min she gave me some strips which were just ok ,,then the burger 🍔 , oh my lord ,, my wife was hungry she only had few bites then thrown in the bin.. we decided not to order the burger from Oporto any more...

Very rude and unprofessional service by the girl at the service counter ( Wednesday 12th/Feb at 12 :45 ) We all know you operate at dfo and it's a busy area but people pay you for your food and services so show some respect and serve them according not even giving customer chance to explain what they want just trying to take their money and next plzzzz They burgers we orderd comes with garlic and all i asked was to put chilli and straight up its gonna be extra charge . The burger buns were breaking before you even have a bite and the burger patties were very dry and tasteless @ wouldn't go or reccemend specially this branch at ll. No wonder why you guys have...
