This place is a joke. Apparently it takes at least 1 hour+ to make a single cocktail here. Tragic service, understaffed, worst experience I’ve had in a while. We arrive and wait to be seated. Staff walk around us for a few minutes before acknowledging us at all. We are pointed to a table and left to walk over on our own. Not served any water or given a menu at all. We figure out the order online system alone and place an order for a cocktail. We wait about 10 minutes and order food too. The food arrives and we eat, still waiting for the cocktail. After 20 minutes waiting on the cocktail, we flag the waitress and ask about it. She claims they are very busy and it’s on the way - she never goes to check on it however. We finish our food and have been waiting 30 minutes for the cocktail. At this point the meal is already ruined as we have eaten and my husband finished his drink (which was wrong too, he was served ginger ale despite ordering cider) but my husband takes himself to the bar to ask about the cocktail for me. He’s informed it was sent out long ago, well we never received it (the waitress from earlier really could’ve helped here). The bartender says they will remake it. We wait another 10 minutes and flag a waitress again and she finally (and for the first time) goes to the bar. Another 10 minutes pass and the waitress returns to offer me a different beverage as the cocktail will apparently be another 10-15 minutes still. How is the even possible, my drink is already an hour late!!! My drink should’ve been the very next one made when my husband went over. We are tired and upset and decided this place didn’t deserve even another minute of our time to waste. We ask for a refund. The waitress hands me $24 in petty cash….is this a joke? We are offered no other compensation for the ordeal and left to walk out coins jiggling. We were repeatedly told they were too busy but quite frankly it wasn’t and the staff were clearly undertrained and incapable. Will never be back and will never wish this place on...

Came here yesterday for my birthday to have a few drinks. we booked online and then my sister and I called in to make sure o booking went through and to also make sure that the seating was not on bar stools as I have two bulge discs and im short. it was confirmed that the reservation was done (i have the call log on my phone). when we arrived the lady that attended to us was so rude, she said they was so busy with bookings and the bar stools was all that they had. i explained that we called and it was confirmed and now she changed it and was dismissive to the request. I noted empty chairs outside and she said oh you can sit there. Anywho we ordered drinks on our phone through the table link. we managed to enjoy drink and the place is very spacious and lovely looking. The interact to their customers whom are paying was off putting though and i was bummed. We also had a male that came to get our drinks emptied on the table, for which he brushed infront of me and didnt even say excuse me. i noted it the first time and then he did it again to the my husband, it was so abrupt and not excuse me. I think manners and politeness as thing of the past and so is a smile or acknowledgement. The third time I gave him the glasses so he wouldn't go over me. We left at 9pm as it got too roudy as a table in front of us were falling of their stool chairs. When we went to the bar I asked if he could make me a cocktail as a few I chose they didn't have the liquor for, he said anything you like, I said gin and sweet. he made me the most sour gin drink I have consumed. He also thought I was drunk, I wasn’t as he thought I was with a lady swaying. I had two drinks total. It was not a pleasant experience as a whole. Positive note: Espresso martini is delicious Mocktail tutti-frutti was yum Hot chips and aoli were a kid hit cappuccino was hot and good for husband If the customer service was better then I would give a higher rate

1 star for the service and 1 star for the food. Having stayed across the street and being limited for options, I'd eaten dinner here as well as breakfast. It's little things like an accompanying salad being different from advertised, rather than the coleslaw type I'd received a soggy mess of a salad which was absolute drenched in balsamic vinegar, before being accused of not giving staff the chance to rectify, I sat at my table for a good 20 minutes waiting for staff to come by, yet not a single one did. The food in general was overcooked and not as advertised, the staff seem generally unwilling to make changes based on dietary requirements. The accompanying meals were the platter (the only highlight) the pizza was terrible, the prawn linguini was drenched in passata and was just a horrible sloppy mess.

For breakfast we'd had shakshuks x2 and pancakes. The shakshuka was a terrible let down, not only did we wait 45 mins for our food (we were first in and many who arrived after received their food first) when our food finally did arrive it was ridiculously overcooked (even though we asked for runny eggs) We'd have taken opportunity to provide staff feedback, however, not one member of staff came to ask us the quality of our meal, even though we sat there with everything barely touched. It wasn't busy so it's likely just staff training issues. The pancakes were also horribly dry.

I can't recommend eating here. The service is average and the food doesn't appear to be worth the price, especially as on multiple occasions it was a let down. The menu isn't served...
