As a regular customer at Sharetea, I usually order the Tiger Milk Tea with no pearls. Today, I placed the same order, but they mistakenly made it with pearls. When I went back to have it corrected, the staff apologized and replaced it. However, the new drink barely had any tiger syrup, which is a key part of the flavor. i went there with my friends like yesterday and workers were all teenages and were girls who were showing such big attiude. I had to wait at the counter for over 2 minutes while they were huddled together watching tiktok.
