This place is owned by Chinese, not saying it in a racist way, but I think sushi is not their field of expertise, so you usually see the sushi falling apart, which is quite a turn off for me. Also, what's with the sushi rice sticking all around the sushi rolls? Maybe brush up your sushi-making skills? One thing good though, I saw a customer trying to do an exchange with the sashimi she bought 10 mins ago, the boss gave her a free one instead of making an exchange. Seriously yuck, who would want to eat food that has been returned by a customer? That customer was so uncultured, foolish and gross but kudos to the boss for not taking it back to re-sell it. So that is the redeeming quality, which is why I will still come back once in awhile.
New update: went back this week (July 2022) to get sushi from this place, look at the tuna Avocado sushi I bought (refer to photo attached), I felt cheated for the amount of avocado they used and this amount was consistent for the two entire two rolls I bought. The QR code to order hot food and drinks but there is no actual “hot food” on offer 🤣. Also, it makes you pay upfront for these drinks (with your CC) instead of allowing to settling the bill at the end ( and hurdle jumping just to order a bottle of coke)- takes away from the experience altogether.
Typically love the sushi sushi seaweed salad- on this occasion - it was dry and disappointing
