We made the mistake of stopping here on our trip back from the snowy mountains. It was meant to be a 1hr stop, Just to get the food on our table, it took 1hr20m plus a massive argument with the kitchen staff. The management was not very helpful nor apologetic. The food wasn't so fantastic either. The cherry on the cake is that shortly after the food arrived, we were asked to leave as someone had already made a booking on our table. At the end, there was only 1 waiter who really managed the situation and addressed it very well. He offered us complementary drinks and even dessert. Would it go back to this place... Probably not.

Pretty disappointed with The Dock. Visited on a Sunday, so it wasn’t overly busy, but the food was a major letdown. We had the pulled pork nachos and the Dock pizza—unfortunately, both missed the mark. The pizza in particular was the biggest disappointment. I’ll admit the topping combo (prawn, chicken, avocado, mushroom, and onion) sounded interesting on paper, but the execution was poor. The base was paper-thin and absolutely drenched in sauce, making it impossible to pick up. It collapsed under the weight of the toppings—definitely a fork-and-knife situation, which isn’t what you expect from a pizza.

5/10 A little disappointing compared to overwhelming good reviews. Despite an incredible view, the food did not match up to a similar quality. We ordered the beef burger, however the patty lacked a lot of flavour. Although presentation was nice, I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking if you prioritise taste. Similar thoughts with the lamb, came out cold and extremely dry. Seems like a good place if you’re just looking for a chill spot to grab a beer with mates rather than a dinner spot.

We had a special occasion gathering with girlfriends. Location is great although we sat inside and couldn't really appreciate the views. Staff is friendly and looked very well after us. I tried cider and (fish) barra burger with chips. Chips were crunchy and had some nice spicy flavour to them. Fish burger was not the best. Barramundi was deep fried which I wasn't expecting so it gave some oily after taste. Otherwise, the burger had a plain flavour and I will not be ordering it in future. Girls enjoyed pulled pork poutine, the beef burgers and pizza. Pizza looked nice. Beef carpaccio had funny taste and look so the friend of mine was not happy with it. Altogether, atmosphere is good, the place is popular and open when everything else is closed, which is a bonus. I will be happy to go to The Dock again but will be more careful with what I choose...

We had a fantastic dining experience at The Dock this evening. Our group of three enjoyed a relaxed evening with delicious food, great service, and the added bonus of a dog-friendly atmosphere – a huge plus for us as dog lovers!

The standout dish was the Pumpkin Pizza – perfectly cooked with a delightful mix of flavours that made it truly special. The Wedges were crispy, golden, and served with a delicious dipping sauce, while the Pork Tacos were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.

The Dock’s welcoming vibe, friendly staff, and the ability to bring our furry friend along made for a perfect outing. Whether you’re dining with friends or looking for a spot to enjoy a meal with your dog, The Dock is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their amazing menu!...

Really unimpressed. Went last night for a couple of drinks before going to dinner somewhere along there, but had to spend a minimum of $25.00 from the $100 gift voucher given to me at Christmas. OK then, we'll have another couple of drinks - grand total $31.00 But guess what, unlike a Myer gift card where they just take off what you've spent, The Dock will only reissue a balance in $25.00 increments ie despite me being due a balance/credit of $69.00 they would only give me back a $50.00 voucher!!! No fine print to such an effect on the gift voucher, and I can't believe this doesn't breach Fair Trading regulations of some description. Even if it doesn't, such a policy certainly doesn't pass 'the pub test' pun intended. Plenty of other options around, so use...
