She took half an hour to make my drink. Yes she was working by herself, and I would have given her sympathy if actually made an effort to look like she was busy or grateful for her job. She spent around 10 minutes in the back kitchen, and then proceed to come out to make the orders in which she began to bang and throw things around and loudly sighing. I didn’t just pay you money to wait 30 minutes and then have to experience bad customer service. If you’re unbothered for work then give someone else the shift, at least they will be grateful for a job...

We really enjoyed it. I especially loved the smoothies here, the 'Cookie Choco Smoothie' was my favourite but the mango smoothie was good too. My family members say the 'Brown Sugar Fresh Milk & Brown Sugar Pearls' is their favourite. We aren't the biggest tea drinkers so its nice to have options that are still fun drinks. Gongcha used to be good previously until recently they have a new staff. We have been waiting for so long to have the order taken, then have to wait again for drinks as she can only do 1 order at a time. She could not able to handle the busy of store. The drink was not as good as before, milk tea was bland even though we got the same as our usual order. And toppings was giving only half of what we used to get.
