Sharetea Gungahlin — Restaurant in District of Gungahlin

For people visiting Sharetea, know that ordering less ice can make the drink become very watery. I got a tea with less ice and the taste got ruined because extra water was added to fill up the space.

They could definitely just put no extra water in, simply just do same amount of tea and half ice (I don't want a full cup of watery boba 😅). Don't visit this store if you don't like it. 🤗

Reply: I am tired of telling this owner that the problem comes from the bad taste due to extra water adding 😅, stop being so ignorant and read other reviews. I am not the only to report your drink taste sugarless & watery.

I recently ordered the 2nd time from this place and one again had a horrible experience, noting that this is not the first time with a bad experience with this specific share tea store. Last time i came to this store teh pearls tasted like plastic and was very bland, however this time I ordered an Okinawa milk tea with mini pearls. The tea itself was mostly made with water and obviously lacked milk (Unlike my previous experiences with other sharetea stores) and there was a very small amount of, again, bland pearls, the entire drink was bland, flavourless and watery. The only staff working there also did not great me with a positive attitude, rather took my order and then gave it to me without even a receipt. There was food all over the bench and was not tidy when i got there. I could not even contact them after i got home since there was NO PHONE NUMBER, what business doesnt have a phone number for inquiries 🤦🏻‍♀️, unprofessional. 100% would not...

Update To reply the owner, The drinks weren’t just less sugar, they were NO SUGAR at all. And it was a take away, we bought it and we took it home and drink it. How are we able to raise the issue immediately? After reading other reviews, it happened so often to other customers as well.

I had bought tea from Sharetea Gungahlin, twice since November 2022. The first time I ordered green tea with less sugar, but it tasted unsweetened. I thought maybe the staff just forgot to put sugar in.

Today, the second, my friend when there to get teas for us, one with few sugar and one with normal sugar. Well, guess what, both of them are unsweetened.

It is just so disappointing, I had been to so many different branches with no any issues.

My friends and I will never get teas from this...
