The Creamery & Co — Restaurant in District of Gungahlin

We watched as a whole new queue of people were served their orders before approaching the barista to casually enquire about ours, only to be told that everyone else had "easier orders." Even the customer 6x behind us got his orders faster, and that customer gave us an apologetic look because he noticed we had not received ours despite many that have come and gone with orders consisting of multiple cups. Ours was an order of ONE DRINK. No such graciousness from the barista though, who just served us a tactless, "Oh, they had easier orders" as he proceeded with yet another ticket that wasn't ours. We have personally been in f&b for 12 years now, and we follow the ticketing system because it's there for a reason - fairness and a decent wait time for all. We also make our coffee warm not by staring at it blankly as it cools down, which btw isn't the reason why our order was even tended to last. It was also NOT a double shot as requested. But I guess at The Creamery, you'd better make your order "easy" or be prepared to wait much longer than you really should for a mediocre cup of coffee that may or may not be served according...

I used to come here all the time but not anymore as recently their medium latte (no sugar) is very very weak and tastes like a cup of milk. I have let them know but they make it the exact same way, milky and weak in coffee. I've asked numerous times if the medium take away lattes have 2 shots of coffee and they confirmed it does. I'm very much not convinced they do as I've seen them make it. not impressed and please stop messing with people's coffees. The is the worst cafe I have ever been to and the worst customer service ever. The barista who claimed to be the owner was extremely rude and arrogant with a bad attitude. I had asked nicely if he could remake my coffee as it was not what I had ordered. He refused and said he will not remake it then argued about it.
