Burrito Bar Tuggeranong — Restaurant in District of Tuggeranong

Ate here at a relativly quiet time, about miday Monday. Our experience being greeted and ordering was fine. About 5-7 mins after we had ordered one of the younger staff members came around with a burrito that was not ours. From what I could hear, all the staff were trying to figure out what was going on, like did the staff member read our order back to us (which she did) and them continually pointing at our table. Turns out the food service was not that speedy and the burrito was actually for the couple sitting a few tables down from us. Mind you there was about 3 tables worth of people at this point, so it was not busy. When time came for our food to arrive, the employee did not apologise for the mix up. As some who's worked in retail for a years now a simple sorry would have sufficed for me, but we got nothing. I ordered the taco bowl (which tasted fine), the taco bowl did nearly take a dive onto the table and the employee could have seemingly cared less if it were to have fallen onto the table, let alone she did not inform me that the plate was hot. It wasn't a scalding level, but it was at a level that you should probably tell an unsuspecting customer. Overall food was great, but it felt like the younger staff members had something against us. I can't tell if this is all the younger staff members first jobs or what, but I hope that they come around in their attitudes. Had my first quick lunch here this late afternoon. Not intended to lunch here it saw the crowd from outside, and I have to be part of that!! It was 1:30 Wednesday and cold. Was surprised to see the crowd and the smell was just irresistible. Ordered a taco salad and a small (half ribs). These came pretty fast The huge shell like taco on a very crispy shell, filled with generous fresh lettuce, tomato, creamy sauce, on top. When I dug into it,at the bottom were beautiful cooked and warm fresh rice with black beans. I must say not many places get the rice cooked property. Next came the ribs, man! I could eat them for a week! I ordered medium hot chilli sauce to go with them, and it was the way I liked them. Beautiful,melt in your mouth, with it just giving you a bite of the meat, not too soft, just right for me. It came with a generous amount of crispy chips with hot dressing, yum. They have just been opened for about a week and I think we are for a treat with the great taste and fresh food. The prices are very reasonable, I would say, on the generous side. I know I will be back. And the decor is great, a touch of class. The music, did I say they played CCR (Creedence Clearwater Revival) Have You Ever Seen The Rain. Marvelous. Go check it out. Honestly disappointing, The wait was understandable due to how busy it was and bar staff were friendly. The taco filling was bland though and tortillas were not put over a grill, just microwaved so still had cornflour flavour. Went back a week later with friends to give it another chance and eat in, food was bland and steak in wrap was clearly not fresh as parts were crunchy and dry, wings were still missing after 40 minutes when everyone had already finished so when I went to staff to ask for help I was left there standing looking lost and not acknowledged by anyone, once I then managed to get the attention of a staff member I told them the issue and there was no response, she just turned around and left me standing looking lost again, so I thought "maybe she wants me to go back to the table to wait", 5 minutes later she came and asked what was missing again with no sympathy, then 5 more minutes and the wrong wings were brought to the table with no words from the server. I understand being busy and having delays but when you're not acknowledged, given no sympathy, and left standing there looking lost I start to question if it's just...
