Vanilla Pod Pizza & Pasta Bar — Restaurant in District of Tuggeranong

After waiting for about 20 mins, the 'Aussie Burger' meal I ordered was ready, the burger itself looked rather impressive. Fantastic presentation with fresh ingredients, however, all of the cold ingredients, ie. Tomato, beetroot, letuce and sauces were so cold it felt as if I were biting into an icepop. The burger is also quite large so unless its held with a very firm grip, all of the ingredients are likely to just slip out from between your finger tips.

The chips I'm rather fond of as they are thick cut with seasoning added on top for some extra zip, would reccomend asking for extra seasoning.

It's also worth noting that despite being faced with some 'tough' customers who were disatisfied with their experience. The customer service was above and beyond, not only did they remake their entire order, free of charge. They had also offered extra as compensation for having to wait.

Overall I would give this a 5/10, not a terrible establishment, theres always room for improvement, but not a bad...

That was the worst “Italian food” I have ever had. Restaurant was busy as it is new year day dinner. Only one waitress on the floor, who is working hard but rushed off her feet. After a long day drive from NSW we were looking forward for a nice Italian meal. Garlic bread, was “ garlic butter on 2 slices of TOAST”. My Gnocci arabiata, was a very spicy chilli tomato sauce gnocci “like hot red curry gnocci”, and don’t get me started on the beef lasagna( beef NO lasagna), the white bottle arrived WARM. We decided to cancel the deserts ( which it took a lot of hassle to remove from the bill.) and taking the warm bottle of wine to our hotel to chill it. PLEASE do not cheat clients by false advertising...

Have been before for dinner, which was fantastic for both service and meals, so booked for our anniversary dinner tonight based on that. Service was a bit slow. We hadn’t finished our entrees when the mains came out! Waiter didn’t really seem to care. The pasta looked like it had been kept warm and possibly zapped in the microwave. Once I stirred the sauce through the carbonara, it looked better. No one came to ask if we wanted additional drinks after finishing what we had nor if we’d like to order a dessert.
