Absolutely terrible service. I have never been told by a Cafe that I can't have an extra plate to share some muffin with my toddler. Apparently they only serve their cakes as stand alone "meals". Even the manager came out to reinforce this policy. Seriously? Such a simple fix to make your customer happy. Never will go back.
In reply, an extra plate isn't a big ask is it? 5 seconds to wash it equals a return customer. Pretty good value for money. I recommend revising your policy. Also, I notice other comments about bad service. In a competitive market you may want to work on this, with multiple cafe options on offer in the Hyperdome you want people to think of your cafe as their favourite, service matters. Oh, and as a rule, never leave rude replies to online feedback as you have done several times to other customers....

Went to post on the community Facebook group but it's already on there and people are pretty amazed you guys would do this, it's getting quite a bit of traffic. Obviously they were busy but to check on my progress 3 times within the space of about 5 minutes was over the top. The final straw was when they then referred three people to stand in front of the table to await my finishing.
