I usually don't have any problems with this KFC but tonight didn't satisfied my older sister, her boyfriend and I. We ordered our food like usual but the manager is giving us glances of somewhat distaste, that made me feel anxious and uncomfortable to a point I wanna throw up. Got the food the staff messed up our order and my sister went up to a lady staff, told them they made a small mistake in a neutral soft tone. That Lady gave my sister an annoyed glaring look at her, that staff usually is capable to handle certain things but that manager is the cause of the mess. They whispered to each other behind our backs and acting immature working on hours.
He's supposed to be the manager, I don't see any skill of a manager to even socialise with customers in a proper manner. He is also maybe the reason of the staffs attitude, purposely reducing the proportion of the food in the container, like a larger popcorn chicken we ordered that wasn't filled properly. Their actions are their consequences, the more customers complain about their lack of training and professionalism they'll loose customers.
A poorly trained and lacking care for customer service, a disgrace of a being to even set foot inside. That is to be putting bluntly by me. [2 weeks after UPDATE]
Still obnoxious and immature, manager showed a great example of care to customers by making fun of them, the staffs followed his great and amazing skill set. Food is good but I absolutely hate the treatment...

No response at the drive-thru for 15 minutes which hey maybe they were busy, but to then tell me I don't know what I ordered and ordered something not on the menu after I was parked next to the menu for 15 minutes is wild.
Tried to overcharge me because the manager and staff put the order through as something else and don't know their own menu.
Kept asking me what I ordered and trying to give me other people's orders.
Asking me if I'd paid already when they were the ones that told me to skip the first window as there was nobody there.
After being told to "please elaborate" when I quoted the menu prices back to them after trying to overcharge me, they take my money - at the final window, then immediately after say they can't make the food.
Was also told to "check my tone" despite not raising my voice.
I've worked in food service before, I get it things happen. Just say that you don't know what you're doing or the ordering systems out or whatever on earth was going on - don't try to tell me I've ordered the wrong thing, don't take my money when you know you can't make the food, and don't try and overcharge me because you don't know your own menu.
I don't think that's asking a lot.

This store exemplifies the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After paying I was not offered a receipt and the staff member closed the window without a word before I could request one.
My last visit, the staff did not give me all of my order at the last window in drive-thru. The window was closed, so I knocked to get someone's attention. I could see a staff member on the other side holding the window closed. So I knocked again. The window opened and I was yelled at and told to wait. When the staff member opened the window again to talk to me they rudely demanded 'what is it?!'. I explained that I had not been given my full order and told them what was missing. The food was shoved at me through the window. I wasn't able to say a word before the window was slammed shut again.
The staff in this store need to be trained in proper customer service or you will have no customers left. I have not experienced this lack of quality of service at any other KFC, anywhere.
