They’re a new joint so i was willing to cut them a small amount of slack but the experience we had last night made us decide to not go back.
Ordered pickup on Menulog, 40 minutes later get told they’re out of beef dumplings so we have to get chicken. No worries. They’ll be ready in 15. Get down there in 20 minutes, no sign of my order, no indication it’s on it’s way. I proceed to have to wait another 15-20 minutes.
All this would be forgivable if the food was good but it wasn’t. Badly cooked dumplings ( the only difference between the pan fried and steamed were cook marks on the bottom), half cooked Chinese broccoli and a spring onion pancake the likes of which I’ve never seen and never wish to see again.

Read moreI ordered food at 655pm through UberEats and the estimated delivery time was 60-80 mins. I called the Li's Dumpling Inn after the 80 mins and was told another 30 mins. After another hour at 915pm I tried calling again, but they wouldn't answer my multiple calls. I tried my wife's phone instead and they answered straight away. Told me it was on the way, they would call the delivery driver to check and then call me back. I never received a call back. At 953pm the ap indicated the food was delivered and I was charged for it. At 10.20pm the food finally showed up, at which point we'd ended up cooking something. First and last time I'll ever try...

We have also had some mix ups and missing items in the past but let that go - unfortunately, with the poor time management We will not...
