I recently visited California Diner and I must say, it was an amazing experience! I would rate this place a solid 5 stars for their exceptional service, delectable food, and overall fantastic dining experience.
First off, let me start by saying that their burgers are hands down the best in town. The double cheeseburger and the southwestern burger were absolutely delicious and the portions were massive! The quality of the meat, sauce, and buns were phenomenal, making each bite a truly delightful experience.
In addition to the incredible food, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure that all of our needs were taken care of. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience.
Overall, I would highly recommend California Diner to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. Whether you're a burger lover or a fan of chicken burgers, their menu has something for everyone. So, if you're in the area, make sure to stop by and treat yourself to a wonderful dining experience that you...
Read moreOK. I've not had a bad experience, they're a wonderful lot of staff but let me tell you about Jack and the chips. The burgers here are the best I've ever had. I've lived in the USA, I've eaten burgers all over the west, I've never been in a situation, unable to say anything about a burger except "oh my god" until I had one here. I'm not religious, but I think I've had God's burger. Specifically, the Jack Burger. Holy moley, I reckon I've put a few kgs on since I discovered this a few months back.
Also, the chips are mouth watering crunchy goodness. The best in Canberra I've managed to have. Seriously, if you haven't eaten here, give it a go.
The breakfast I've had was great too. Everything's good, but the burger stuns me....

Very disappointed with the menu, small coffee sizes (un-American), and the breakfast food.
Also if it was a true American or a Californian diner, it would have bottomless black coffee. Basically a staple....
