It’s really a hit and miss with the Mawson store. Sometimes they give great service and sometimes not. I usually get the home delivery and was ordering from them every fortnight at one stage. But then about a year or so ago the quality really dropped and it coincided with the new ownership, so I now only order from them every couple of months.
I always have something messed up with toppings, or sauces, and don’t always get informed. They just substitute and you open your boxes to find something you didn’t even order. I loath some sauces, so there have been whole pizza’s with substitution’s (Without asking) that I’ve had to throw into the bin uneaten. Some things are ordered as sides and just aren’t brought, like soda’s.
If you get a big order, prepare for things to be absent when the driver gets there; something is always missing.
I do pay for the delivery to come within a certain time, or I’d get a free pizza, and I watch the GPS as the driver leaves the store to come to my apartment 2 minutes up the road. The drivers usually indicate to the store that they’ve arrived before they’ve even reached my apartment, so that the timer on the site stops and I don’t get a free voucher. They somehow get lost a lot. If I do get the voucher because the Delivery Guarentee expired before they left the store, it only 50% of the time comes to my mailbox. Last time it didn’t come at all, so no free pizza despite the site saying it would email it to me.
One time the driver said he couldn’t find my place and wouldn’t move from the entrance of my apartment complex and drive down, so I had to walk up past four apartment buildings to find him and take my large order back home. I wasn’t really happy with that at all, as I’m disabled and injured from a car crash and walking up stairs and across the complex caused me a lot of pain. Several drivers haven’t been able to find my apartment door and have had me come outside to flag them down, or talk them through how to get to the complex over the phone, to collect my my food from their cars to take back home. If I pay for home delivery, I really explect them to come to my door. I’m only 2 minutes from the store and they still get lost!
I ordered from them late one night last year, an hour before closing, and when it arrived the pizza had barely any toppings, was all squashed into the side of the box, the thickshakes were half melted...and the worst one of all, the two packs of chips I ordered were over cooked and inedible. One pack was only half filled and the other was only a quarter filled. No excuse or apology given, the food was just handed over. The store clearly ran out of chips and toppings and just didn’t inform me. What they gave me from two packs of chips only 3/4 filled one pack.
I’ve had chicken undercooked and pink and it could make someone very sick. I know it’s hard to see the meat under the sauces, but they should know how long to cook chicken for, right?
If they’re open till 11 PM I’d expect that they have sufficient ingredients for anything on the menu that might be ordered.
But, the drivers are always very friendly so that’s a plus. If the ingredients didn’t run out regularly and some things missing from order or undercooked, I’d buy from them regularly again. They do have very yummy food when all goes well with the order. Pizza Hut is my...

Stood at the front counter for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged by the preparer. Wait another 5 minutes when a customer walks in and the guy who was cutting the pizzas ignores me to serve him and give him his pizza. After he served him looked at me as if to say what do you want and I said I'm here to pick my pizza up. Then I had to wait while he made the Churro Crazy Shake. Today I bought an cheese pizza from Mawson store for my son, its been 20 min drive away to home, when my son started eating the pizza we just realised from the smell that pizza base has been expired long ago. There was a quality check happen on every pizza and this is 100% quality failed food and it is poisonous to have a expired food like this. I am really un happy with this store and never going to buy anything from this store anymore.
Giving refund does not help in improving customer service , please consider the health of your customer, provoding such expired food will not help...
