The last 2 times I’ve been here have been terrible. Both times I’ve sat waiting for my food while (unknowingly) it has been sitting, ready, and no one has called it out - about 15 minutes each time. The staff ignored me while they chatted with each other when I was waiting at the counter to ask about my order. While there are a lot of staff it seems like only one person can take orders and hand out orders. The noodle/rice boxes were ok, but the sides were dry and bland. I’m sick of their appalling customer service and, even though this is close to my work, from now on I will go out of my way to go to Slow Noodle Fast for much better...
Read moreI went here the other night and it was good service but I'm sister had a allergic reaction when we were eating and I was so angry because she got a satay chicken ( my sister is allergic to seafood) and I'm 100% sure that satay chicken does not contain seafood. She had to be rushed to the hospital 😡😡😡😡 the only conclusion I could come to is they don't wash the woks properly after making meals. I have worked in hospitality before and I know the everything has to be wash properly to avoid situations...

Not to mention how many meals they probably havent scanned properly.It pisses me off when I tried talking to head office they contact me month later and says sorry ive been away. The person didn't even read what I was saying properly and solved nothing.....poor business (PHILLIP STORE)+feedback solving...
