When I order stuff I expect the stuff to be in it. A caramel tart should have caramel in it it's in the name in case you were a little vague on the ingredients as per the picture. There was also the matter of extra cheese in my roll so I should be able to see it and how about when you add sauce you put more on it than the nail on my little finger. When I ask for a apple turnover I also expect fresh cream if I'm cream intolerant then I would put it in the notes the pastry was at least 2 days old and the apple had no taste there's no picture because it looks the same but Tate's like Banther dodo. When making a pork roll try making the pork crisp and don't use soylent green as a filler stuff that looks like cardboard should be left out. All the hot food arrived cold try using a heat bag. What a dismal experience from another low grade cook it and run take the money backwater bread shop.

We had a crispy pork and meatballs banh mi takeaway early in the morning. Banh mi’s were fantastic, they use soft bread rather than hard crispy bread, which is something different. The stuffing was plentiful and tasty. The staff were very friendly and resourceful. Highly recommend.

A good selection of cakes and slices were available but the apple turnover was very disappointing to say the least. It was dry and only partially filled with apple. Coffee was fine.

After waiting over five minutes for the big girl to start serving, I asked for two sausage rolls next to each other, the lady said no we cannot take from the front, as the boss will be mad...I was dumbfounded and asked why?, as she took the first sausage roll from the front right and put into bag..she explains they only take from the back left...again I said I'd like to buy the one right next to the first one she grabbed, she said no, and that she cannot help me, placed sausage roll from bag, back onto rack and started walking away...mind you I stayed calm and did not use any offensive language! I tried three times to ask her for the sausage rolls! Disgusting customer service from the big girl...the small girl was very polite and acknowledged everyone and apologised for the long wait, as she was making salad rolls,...

I am holidaying and just checked into Dubbo. Today I was in the toilets inside the plaza where Woolies is. As I left the cubicle I saw an Asian man with distinctive blonde hair using the urinal. As I washed my hands and saw the male exit the bathroom without washing his hands. I exited the bathroom and watched him duck into a restricted access door so realised he worked in one of the shops on the main street. I went out onto the main street and saw the male worked at this bakery and was serving people. Absolutely disgusting avoid for your own safety.

Ps. I can't believe you are trying to defend this decision not to wash your hands. I don't care if you have you may have your own basin and may have washed your hands elsewhere. Still a dirty look and I still had to use the door handle to get out of...
