Hot Chocolatte is a small, family run business that makes the greatest coffee in the state, know their customers and their orders off by heart, and are ridiculously generous to community charities and organisations. Each and every staff member has a heart of gold and serve everyone with the biggest smile- even at 6am in 5° weather when it’s still dark. You can expect nothing but friendly service, coffee made with genuine love, and the epic boost to your morning you didn’t realise you needed. Oh, they also bloody LOVE dogs and treat your pooch...

2 years ago i visited this coffee shop and i had be raving about it ever since, and then i finally got to go there again and get the same beverage i purchased every morning for a week 2 years ago, a large dark hot chocolate, only this time i was appalled, my drink was heated 3 separate times and in the 15 minute of standing there not once was a spoon, cup, spout of milk jug cleaned, my dark hot chocolate was made this time with simple powder and not peices of dark chocolate, the milk was burnt and could not be drunk safely for over half an hour and sadly had little to no flavor in it...

What an amazing cafe/store which feels like its the social centre of Dunsborough. Clearly identified as a tourist in the area I took a look in at some of their in-store chocolate treats while my partner was sleeping in the car. A friendly, well dressed lady served me up a free peanut butter slice sample & told me to take it to the car and told me to present it to my girlfriend on a wooden board. It was very well received! Such welcoming hospitality I can't recall. Lots of other healthy raw treats, as well as kids sweet treats & all day...
