Zambrero Echuca — Restaurant in Echuca

Visited today and service was extremely poor.

A man was serving another customer while a blonde girl at the front chatted with workers in the back. I waited in line to be served, the girl then grabbed an online order that had just come through and started making that, without acknowledging me.

Eventually someone from the back walked out and asked "What do you want?" As I went through my order I had to repeat the ingredients multiple times as the worker wouldn't put them on and would move to the next section of the case, felt like she just wanted to be done with me so she could return to the back area.

Staff in the back were sitting down, while playing on their phones and talking inappropriately.

Came to get dinner tonight ask for a regular burrito and a blonde early 20s looking lady served me and my friend. She was snifferling the whole time and I could hear it very clear in her that she was sick also I was given a lot of rice then a microscopic amount of chicken then we got to the end and I asked for chipotle sauce and again she put a very very small amount so I asked for some more (very nicely I may add) and then she put about a droplet more so I politely asked for a bit more she then said in a very rude tone “that is going to cost extra” I then replied that’s all good don’t worry about it then, she then proceeded to say in a very rude tone well I’ve already given you double. To sum up this Zambereos is by far the worst I have ever been to if you can avoid it I would advise you too avoid it...

Recently travelled to echuca and stopped here for dinner... And oh my lord. This zambrero store is by far the best we have been too. The cleanliness is impeccable...not just in the store, but the toilets and outside also. The quality of food was so fresh and so many different options. But most of all, we were served by a lady called eliza .. from the second we entered the store we were greeted with such a positive happy person. Throughout the entire experience eliza was so friendly her total vibe rubbed of on my daughter and I for our drive home to bendigo.
