I came tonight with my partner through the drive through, and while we enjoy our drinks during the day, this establishment is a whole other beast at night. We came through at night, wanting to treat ourselves, and instead got our order wrong. We would be fine with that, however we waited 15-20 minutes for the wrong order. We told the lady at the window it was wrong, and we just wanted the correct order nicely. We ordered both a hot matcha misu and an iced matcha misu, along with a hot chocolate. We were given 2 hot matchas instead. We were happy to wait to get the right drink, however after getting our second replacement I tried it and it was still wrong. We went in store to say it was still incorrect, saying we got a coffee instead. The response to that was "but matcha has coffee in it", and opened the drink to check it as if we were lying. We corrected her, saying it's a matcha only drink, no coffee, but it has caffeine. The barista apologized, which was fine at first till we heard giggles and laughter, and I watched them make dramatic faces. We finally got the correct drink with a "here's your drink" and a smug face.
I know that working in fast food is tough and can be overwhelming, but not overwhelming enough to mock customers and try to be a smart alack about things that customers have concerns about. This isnt the first time we've had issues at Staarbucks at night, so we don't know if its because of the time of night (which we came at 7:20pm) or if its because of the staff on at the time, but the night staff seem to be far more relaxed and less about accuracy or even time efficiency, as it had taken this whole debacle 45 minutes total, 20 minutes for the first wrong drink, another 20 for the second one and 5 for the last drink. For the amount of money we pay for these drinks I'd expect to get that worth the first time. We didn't come in and pay 23 dollars for drinks to be incorrect, and on top of that, the amount of drink missing from both the hot matcha and the hot chocolate was way too much. I know there's foam on both of them but why is there enough to fill a whole other cup? I wouldn't come here during the night again, because if that's how I was treated today what's stopping them from having that attitude the next time? Drinks were fine, only because we came in to get one of them fixed twice. It would be nice if we come in and get less...

Modern, clean and neat Starbucks.
Easily accessed from street, with amble parking lot bays during most hours.
Lots of indoor seating. Tables very clean. Various table and chair options (height, booth etc).
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Fast service. Drive through and dine-in options.
Due to the popularity of the brand, the store gets busy. Also, it’s relatively new. Keep this in mind when considering any delays or congestion.
Long opening hours (from 5am)
Everything is perfect, except the most important part - the coffee. Two visits in a row something was wrong with our coffees. First time one was burnt, and the second visit one tasted like milk with minimal coffee - which was not consistent with the first time, although made by same barista. It’s just not as simple as returning it once you’ve collected a...
Read moreWe gave our order and sat down to wait to be called. Over 20 minutes later we walk to the counter to enquire again about the progress of our order and the staff’s first response is wev called you over 5 times which wasnt true..On asking her to hand the order to us we head off, she goes,” what was your drinks again” and starts making it while we are there.I ask her, so if our order was ready that you had to call us 5 times why are you making it now..she responds by saying “someone must have picked it”- which again wasnt true because no one walked into the store while we were waiting way past 8 pm.I was not only disappointed that we waited forever but someone lying and trying to blame us is just so unprofessional... The staff was equally so unapologetic. Very...
