I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Taco Bell recently, and I must say it was one of the most frustrating and disappointing fast-food trips I've ever had. The main issue was the incredibly long waiting times in the drive-through line.
Upon arriving at the Taco Bell location, I thought I'd be in and out quickly, as one would expect at a fast-food restaurant. However, it quickly became evident that this was not the case. I found myself trapped in a seemingly endless queue of cars, inching forward at a snail's pace. The line was so long that it wrapped around the building, and it seemed like they were operating with a skeleton crew inside.
As I sat in my car, watching the minutes tick away, I couldn't help but feel my patience wearing thin. What should have been a quick and convenient meal turned into an excruciatingly long ordeal. It was not only the waiting that was frustrating but also the lack of communication or apology from the staff. No one seemed to care about the customers' time or the inconvenience they were causing.
When I finally reached the order speaker, I hoped that the worst was behind me, but sadly, I was wrong. The staff taking my order sounded disinterested and seemed to be rushing through the process. My order was delivered to me incorrectly, and the food I received was lukewarm at best. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed, and the quality of service had suffered as a result.
In the end, after what felt like an eternity, I left Taco Bell with my subpar meal and a deep sense of frustration. The excessively long waiting times in the drive-through, coupled with the lackluster service and lukewarm food, left me thoroughly disappointed. I won't be in a hurry to return to this Taco Bell location anytime soon.
HORRIBLE!...
Read moreGiving 2 stars only because food was edible and the kids serving still had a smile on their face as I don't blame them but poor management for obvious under staffing was one of the issues. First issue was to find a cleared/clean table, kept watch and it hadn't evwn been attempted the whole hour we were there. It was windy and sprinkling outside so chose to sit inside but then they turned the freezing aircon on so we found it better sitting outside...that should tell you how cold....and it was night. Order was one taco for my son and one nachos for myself both with chips. I had to go up and ask how much longer for order at one point cause it took over 40mins. There was only one other customer inside when I ordered but they do have a drive through. There was no cutlery (needed a fork for the nachos were way to messy for hands) nor napkins provided. So went up again to ask and got given a fork no napkins. Food was edible though can not work out how only the chips were warm when the meat fillings were both cold. Toilet had no toilet paper. The soap dispenser opens up fully when you turn on the tap cause it hasn't been installed in the correct place. Son suggested getting desert from them via drive through as it should be quicker. I was hesitant and rightly so. With two cars in front of us it took 35 minutes to get to the window. All the cars had turned off their engine and lights it was so long. We waited a further 5 mins for churos. Desert was missing the sauce. Management need to sort...

The staff were really friendly and attentive during a busy lunch. Were given a heads up the wait would be 30 minutes so was happy to wait. 5 stars staff and 3 stars for the wait.
The restaurant itself could have been a little cleaner but during a busy Saturday lunch you'd think management would have an extra staff member on to keep the tables and eating area a little cleaner but it wasn't horrible. 3 stars.
The drinks...free refills and a good selection of drinks always an easy 5 stars.
The food...really difficult to judge. I went in expecting greasy American Mexican fast food...and it was hit and miss. The stacked tortilla chips were a soup of sauce, guacamole and soggy tortilla chips with fresh salad on top that seemed to hold it together. The tacos were okay but a touch cold. The chips were seasoned well but soft and missing that crisp you crave in hot chips. The buritos were great and exceeded my expectations to be honest and glad I saved them for last hahaha. 3 stars.
So honestly it's worth a try but it's not somewhere I'd eat at regularly. It's expensive for the quality and Zambreros is much better in my opinion.
Really my rating overall is 3.5 stars but google doesn't give me that option so for the sake of the staff i bumped it up half a star.
There you go. Give it a shot. You might like it,...
