Always had great service until this morning. Waited for almost 10 minutes while the staff member was chatting to the car in front. When I mentioned the delay she said they were customers and basically nothing wrong with that. There is a problem when we are in a hurry. Her comment was "you could have gone around the other side" She did not care less. I go to this store every day, sometimes twice. No more to be treated like that. Just purchased a Ham and Cheese bagel and flat white Tall coffee. Took a bite of my bagel and my teeth could not bite into to with out tearing it... it was like biting into a rubber tyre.
