Brumby's Robina — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Was there today … 1pm and the poor girl at the counter was doing her best to keep up with the customers… I thought wow she’s alone… until I was still 3rd in the queue with 5 people behind me and saw a large obese girl sitting in back area, possibly working?? She had a writing pad in front of her…. And her phone… and then meandered around moving empty trays around…. I’m sure it needed to be done… but not when there were so many customers on a Sunday…. Really poor customer service but hand it to the young girl and the counter doing her best and she was under pressure slicing people’s breads etc…. The other girl….....

I went there this morning and bought veggie mite scolls and ham and cheese was charged $17.20 which I can purchase at T easy centre for $14.00 or at coles for $6.00 and to top it off there was a surcharge for using card??? That’s right why should we pay surcharge on eftpos, I seriously think the owner is playing us for a joke, I will never purchase anything from there again as she is the most expensive brumbies on the Gold Coast with a surcharge. 2 words to conclude RIP OFF. Please no one should keep her in...
