So, I recently had the pleasure of trying out this café and let me tell you, it was pure happiness in a cup and on a plate!

First off, let's talk about the cappuccino. Oh man, it was like a warm, frothy hug for my taste buds. The perfect balance of rich espresso, velvety milk, and just the right amount of foam. It was like sipping on a cloud of caffeinated bliss.

Now, onto the meal. Wowza, it hit the spot! The flavors were spot on and each bite was bursting with deliciousness. Whether it was a juicy burger with all the fixings or a savory pasta dish, every morsel was a symphony of taste in my mouth.

The ingredients were fresh, the presentation was appetizing, and the portion sizes were satisfying. It was like the chef knew exactly what I wanted and delivered it perfectly, leaving me with a happy, satisfied tummy.

I must say, this café knows how to deliver the goods when it comes to cappuccinos and meals. It's the kind of place that knows how to keep things simple, yet oh-so-tasty. I left with a big smile on my face and a caffeine-fueled spring in my step.

I have to say, I enjoy going there. Most of the time I just get coffee. I will say this the food bloody beautiful, if you ever get a chance to get a special( which is normally the weekends) go for it, you won’t be disappointed. The servings a decent, so gym boys you should indulge. Gym ladies you will be satisfied as well. Staff lovely and always a smile. I always walk out with a smile on my dial. Stan always friendly courteous and outstanding food. Always look forward to what specials you going to do next. ( waiting on that honey cake). We’ve visited Home Plate Kitchen a few times now, and each meal continues to impress! This hidden gem in Burleigh Waters is truly a standout on the Gold Coast.

On our most recent visit, my partner and I ordered mochas, a giant pancake, and the Breakie burrito. Hands down, the biggest portions we’ve found at any cafe on the Gold Coast, especially for the price.

The atmosphere is always lively and relaxed, with staff serving every table with a smile. It’s genuine, dog-friendly, and perfect for families or a casual brunch with friends. The eggs benny and omelette are must-tries; you can really taste the quality of the ingredients in every dish. Don’t overlook their wrap options; flavourful and fresh.
