Brumby's Upper Coomera — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Pies are always good here a little expensive. There is another place in oxenford called Spar Express that have better quality pies for $5.50. Main issue with this place is the staff. Everytime I get served it feels like I’m being served by robots with no emotions. Never seen a smile from any staff here and I’m always the one greeting them as the customer? Shouldn’t be me as the customer greeting and saying “Hey how’s it going”. I work in fast food retail and customer service. It’s really not that hard to give back a quick smile and say have a good day/night. It just really goes to show of the attitudes of the staff working here. It’s not one staff either, it’s all of them. I remember another time this young lady served me and barely spoke and had a grumpy face the whole time. Management need to lift their game up seriously. Went to Brumby's Coomera for a large flat white this morning and walked away with coffee flavoured milk. A lady, who I assume was the manager, was teaching a young girl how to make the coffee. Unfortunately for the poor girl, and for me, she had a poor teacher. There was no dispenser so coffee was spooned into the percolator, and upon leaving and tasting it was clear that there was nowhere near the two shots required. I went back in to inform them that the coffee was weak and was told by the delightful manager that I would have to pay for an extra shot! I bought an item from the Upper Coomera store this morning. Before purchasing I checked the price of the item and saw it was $10. Later that day I checked my bank account and discovered I'd been charged $12.20. I went back to ask why I'd been over charged and I was told the items price and been increased. When I asked why the display price hadn't been changed she said oh I guess we haven't gotten around to that yet. Not a good enough answer.
