Cafe 1 Uno — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

This places haven’t Been the first time that I’ve had a really bad experience! The service we get it’s disgusting the place looks like someone trash it up ! We were just hungry at this time thought we grab something on our way out . This lady I don’t even know her names she’s so loud bogan looking tattoos on her arm she’s soo rude I can’t even explain it to you . Don’t mind about tattoos but at list you guys will know how she looks like . I don’t know why they are hiring rude people this reviews are fake here they don’t even deserve one star from me . We come years ago here when the stuff and the chef was more nicer and cleaner. Ohh forgot to mention the cooks finger nails are disgusting u can see germs in her finger nails 🤮🤢 I am actually speechless bad customer service doesn’t even know how to talk to their clients, especially when you used to come in every single day ! Sister , wanted me to call-in and have breakfast with her Christmas Eve at this cafe. She talked it up a lot, but we were very disappointed on the day. The coffee was bland. It tasted like they hadn’t had their machine cleaned for quite a long time. The cafe wasn’t all that busy, but the service was very slow. You have to line up to order which is okay, but after we ordered it took well over an hour before my partner had to get up and ask where our items were. They tend to take care of the local first.

They need a more experience barista on the machine as it was just hot milk and coffee. There was no texture in the making of the cappuccinos.

When the food came out, it was quite bland. It was lukewarm.

Food is great service is poor, did not think that you would place an order and repeatedly get it wrong time and time again and then get looked at like your in the wrong, it's kind of like going to buy a Holden and been given a Ford instead. I would expect these kind of mistakes to constantly be happening buy juniors from McDonald's, they have no problems taking your money even when you take it back un eaten and show them they want to tell you your wrong like a liar no partial refund or apology poor poor service and responsibility. I personally think that the owner of the business should either retrain there service staff or replace them, unfortunatelyor fortunately for Cafe Uno I will no longer be returning to...
