Always a treat, usually come here at least once month for after work late lunch or an early dinner. Love that they serve sake and Asian beers here. Favorites are the salmon volcano ship, salmon & ikura ship, avocado seafood ship, twin roll, spicy tuna roll, unagi nigiri, chicken avocado nigiri, fried salmon skin, takoyaki, agedashi tofu, and kaki fry. I've never tried them, but my husband says the desserts are also really good. I keep meaning to sign up as a regular diner member but I don't want to download anymore apps on my phone. Wish there was another way.

Lovely sushi, great variety to choose from, also online menu to order your hot selections which is very easy to use right from the comfort of your booth. Sushi chefs were professional and cheerful. My only complaint is that the waitresses working were so miserable and sour faced like they hated every minute of their job. Sad to see in such a well run establishment. Maybe time for a training session? 5 star apart from wait staff.

Omg! Freshest, Cheapest Sushi I have ever tasted, 6x dishes $22, made right in front of us, unbelievably well catered for, hot food was so hot, we watched as plates emptied on the train, chef's so organised and quick to have empty spaces filled😊 so yummy! Well be back👍👍caters for all needs, requests to make something you like if it's not on the train is made ,10 out of 10

Normally sushi train is our go to place for dinner, tonight we weren’t off to a very good start we had to wait 15 minutes for a table (that’s fine) however the problem was we were seated at a tiny 2 seater booth when there was 2 adults and a child. The male waitress was expecting the child to sit in a high chair. He’s 5…. So unfortunately instead of waiting even longer for a more accomodating booth we squished in together with barely any arm room to eat dinner. The food was fantastic until we got to our last plate. I ordered a plate of calamari and when the chef handed it to us I was baffled. There was a few strands of long brown hair wrapped around the calamari, it basically looked as if it was cooked in with the batter. The male chef had long brown hair. When we brought up the issue with one of the male waitresses he just responded with “oh” no sorry or anything and proceeded to drop the calamari on the floor. After that we were completely turned off the food and left still feeling hungry…The only person who apologised was a lovely girl who rung up our order. Sushi train use to be such a great place, with great customer service but now they expect everyone to order using a qr code. We are a family who prefer not to use devices at dinner and it was disappointing to not have a single person come up to us and ask if we’d like to...

Placed my order was nice and fresh. Lastly I asked for chicken avocado roll off the train but the plate I received was very old, I could tell by the chicken and it was an extremely small slice of chicken though out, I asked the lady severing us for a different plate as this one was old and hardly any chicken. We’re talk like a tiny slice, and one had just the crust of the chicken snitchel.

What was displeasing was instead of just getting a different place she walked over to two other workers talking for a couple of minutes and I grew impatient and said not to worry I’ll get something else off the train. I asked for two desserts for me and my friend. She went a got them but took a long time even though there was only four other booths used (not busy at all)

Sushi train serves the best sushi in my opinion, but this was the only time I’ve been disappointed with...

Came in to a sketch car park, was wondering where the GPS was taking me. Went for sushi, was greeted quite well, can’t complain about customer service it was pretty welcoming, should’ve known from the start, but why was there no customers but myself in the restaurant at 3pm after school hours?Anyways… FOOD was absolutely ridiculous. Felt like I was eating it raw straight from the refrigerator, so cold, so flavourless, so soggy. Just curious, was the sushi left on the train since yesterday? Eitherwise, I wasted $5 per plate. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re after fresh solid sushi. Cool Japanese dudes...
