Gold Coast Hand Car Wash — Local services in Gold Coast City

I have been going to this place for awhile with my other car every now and then a little bit more could’ve been done but usually the job was good that’s why I kept on going back I was happy with it and I would just point the problem out to them for next time. I took my new car down there. Virtually 85% Clean and internally and externally.. They washed my car I went and paid for it open the door and the inside the door jams had not been done. So I got out and I proceeded to clean them myself and then he come over and then he cleaned one side and I said that’s alright don’t worry about it and I went home. I was packing some stuff into my car into the backseat and I noticed that the back floor mats hadn’t been done and the back windows inside still had smudge marks on them. I paid $75 for this Clean and found it to be unacceptable I don’t know whether it’s the fact that the people that are washing there this particular day today took no pride I’m not sure but I’m not happy with the job I’ve tried ringing them and I’ve left a message and I’m hoping somebody will ring me back so we can...

I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, communication and attention to detail.

I was quoted $77 for inside and out, perfectly reasonable. Within this same price, took some sticker glue residue from the previous owner of my car. Also vaccum my removable dog seat in the back of the car. Amazing value. Then to top of it off, it started raining just as I was collecting the car. The gentleman apologised profusely about the rain (obviously not their fault) and took $15 off the wash to apologise.

Came in for a wash, a Mini Clubman, you charged me wagon/4x4 prices. You had a Toyota Corolla which had just been washed which was bigger than my Mini! Absolute disgrace and I will never be back. I have just moved to the area and was looking for a car wash place for ongoing washes, it won’t be you. Rip off merchants, I am disgusted.

Update reply… yes the Mini is classified as a “wagon” but as stated, the car is the same size as a Toyota Corolla. A bit of common sense needs to be used.
