Our family have stayed several times previously and had wonderful experiences, sadly this was not the case with our most recent booking. On arriving at the accommodation that we had booked and paid for several months in advance, we were unable to check in as reception was closed. We tried calling the number posted on the door, and left several voicemail messages, to no avail, we emailed, messaged, posted on the FB page, and messaged in messenger without a reply or response. The 3rd party booking agent, booking.com were also unable to get in contact with anyone at the hotel. After waiting for 4 hours, with 2 tired and cranky children, we had no option but to source alternative accommodation. We then noted that the manager had posted on the business Facebook page during this period, but still had not responded to our calls and messages in any capacity. We did not receive a phone call from the manager until 8.30pm, who was very abrupt and in all honesty quite rude and advised that she had sent a text message that morning with instructions on how to find out key (no such message had been received), and asked if we still wanted the accommodation. We advised her that it was 6.5 hours past our check in time and we had needed to source and pay for another lot of accommodation. She then replied that she is not sure what further she can do. Read moreIf you enjoy paying for an apartment that you cannot access then this is the place for you! Upon check in you will likely find no staff, no check in instructions, and no way to access your room. If you call or email their unstaffed facility, you will likely have the rude & seemingly alcoholic female manager get back to you in a few days or so and tell you that she doesn’t know what to do or how to do her job. The previous management team were amazing here, it truly is a shame to have a once beautiful holiday place turn into the holiday place from hell. Perhaps some re-training for management and possibly drug & alcohol testing, would help this establishment to get back to how it was...

The Lip to the apartment is not wheelchair friendly 😑 location is Stella Rooms are great, place was nice. TV reception didn't work. View was Cute and partly blocked Location thumbs up so If you didnt have a wheelchair friend it would probably pass in flying colours. No power points to share in 2nd bedroom ( all adults ) charging items little annoying. The power point was at the end of the bed towards the door.
