Domino's Pizza Ashmore — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

If i could i would give a poor review of -5* on how the manager resolved my problem. It was the fact that he did not appoligise when i called him, i had told him my lava cake had been droped or the driver was careless with the pakage, but who knows what happend, all i know is i cant eat a chocolate box made of card board, also the pizzas were not that well made and they were lacking the topping that should of been the main eye catchers, like the bacon as there was one minewt peice that i could see off the bat. And on top of all of that, the pizzas were cut into a wheel that had spokes like it was spostah be part of a crank shaft if you dont understand its a wheel but the center point is off the one side witch means that either these people running this ashmore dominoes skiped primary school how hard is it to fraction a pizza into eight with a blade you use 4 cuts on a pizza with seriously incompatent. The fact that it is a bizzy day is beside the point for they should prep for this so they dont screw up. People still buy it anyways because there sheep so who am i but a...

1 x pepperoni Pizza 1 x meat lover with red onion added and hollandaise sauce 1 x bbq bacon and cheese with red onion 1 x supreme Pizza with anchovies

I spoke with Emily from Domino's ashmore. She took it upon herself to tell me I could have the refund for the sauce and the lava cake and 7up.

When the girl delivered the items she laughed when I said this isn't what I ordered. She said, sorry we didn't have what you ordered? But never did I receive a call about this.

Potentially I think this is a case of something further and I believe that this work ethic is inappropriate and blatantly disrespectful.

For starters the manager is a complete melt. This Donny tried talking over me when I’m complaining that I’m missing two packs of chicken and a whole garlic bread. Your dad should have pulled out mate, because your an embarrassment to your family name. Further more my order was marked as delivered yet it never had been. I stood out side my gated community for over 40 minuets and when I call the store again that little joke man manger picks up giving it all the large saying my driver called you and was outside ur gate. Well call me Hellen keller cuz I never saw him nor did I see a missed call or even receive one. He then proceeded to get half of my order to me and it was colder than my dead nans body. I then had to wait another 10 minuets to receive the rest of my order still absolutely freezing. I have no problem with the drivers they just did their jobs but to the Manager go take a long hard look in the mirror and remind himself that’s he’s a melt. Terrible service Defo going...
