I started to purchase for cinnamon doughnuts from your shop today as I was waiting for the service that young blonde-headed gentleman in your service there as an employee reached into the doughnut tray pulled out a 1/2 doughnut run it through the sugar with his fingers and then proceeded to eat it in front of the customers. One of your other staff members then proceeded to get more doughnuts and mix it through the same sugar that the young boy put his fingers in. Man you guys have breached every health and safety regulation in the world today let alone the fact that you are running your show with four junior children there and no managers in charge. You need to wake up yourself before that place gets closed down by the city council...

Been there twice in the afternoon just before 4pm on a thursday to get a toastie as I work in the centre and all other shops aren't really open anymore for food in the centre and told the machine had already been turned off.. you don't close till 5.30pm? Yesterday my husband & myself were at Burleigh Heads & we decided to have a coffee. After deciding on Donut King, my husband ordered it. We ordered at 10.43 & rec'd it at 11.00. When asked about it, I was told that they buzzed us but our buzzer only flashed not buzzed. We stop going to Donut King because last time, it was the same, we had a long wait for a coffee.
