Donut King Coomera — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Absolutely disgusted by this shop. The staff were rude and un caring and un knowledgeable of the products serviced here. Our son wanted a donut for a treat at Christmas. He does have anaphylaxis to EGG which were alerted to the staff prior to any purchase and most shops cater to this. The staff member was un caring and provided little to no help with choosing a donut. ( Should have gone to the G-Free donughts much better service)

He had chosen a Santa themed donut and the employee said there is no egg in this product we trusted to employes word as she half arse read the ingredients and continued to provide our son with a Christmas donut.

Sure enough 10 minutes after having this donut he has had x3 epi pens admitted and has been taken to hospital due to his extreme critical condition he is In and could have died due to this lack of education and standards at this establishment.

I have contacted the helensvale store in qld as this store does not provide a phone in coomera westfield and was told that the donut main ingredient was intact egg as a whole.

I will be taking this further where possible absolutely disgusted will never shop here again and advise all friends, family...

This is the second time in the last three weeks that I've tried to order from this particular Donut King via Uber Eats, and 15 minutes later, after placing the order, they cancel it with a message "order cannot be filled". I'm not 100% sure what's going on with this articular shop. The only thing I'm ordering is, Two hot dog combos. Just to clarify, I'm not ordering at weird times. Most times it's 11:30 AM or 12:30 PM for lunch, and I know that it's not a public holiday. I've also ordered on two different days: a Saturday and a Wednesday. So...... time is 1525 on a Sunday, was told that there is no more hot food being served because they have to start closing everything down. Even though closing is not until 1630. Google states 1730.....?!?!?!?!?????. See where I am going with this. If a store is going to trade. Then trade fully until the posted time. Not shut down operating 2 hours before.

Don't offer luke warm half cooked goods.

Operate properly to the posted time.
