I bought a summer sunset, recieved the whole thing burnt to a crisp. Not able to even savour any of it. Pulled burnt scraps off my tomato and pineapple (in pile on box). Whoever was in charge of making burgers Sunday 15th September 2024 at 7:20-7:30pm. Should not have a job. The fact that someone looked at this and said yep thatโs fine is a COMPLETE joke. Hope they are fired honestly. There are a lot of staff at this grillโd who have the poorest quality of customer service, burger skills and personality. Going in store to see a blonde girl on her phone 99% of my visit was the last experience I had 2 weeks ago. Never answers the phone, orders never fulfilled and quality is atrocious. I feel horrible for the owner.

Waited 40 minutes for a Caesar salad for take away!!? - Asked for no egg. Below is a picture of what I received. Soggy old lettuce, a burnt egg (which I cant eat) a burnt bit of chicken? a full (not cut) rasher of bacon and no Caesar dressing and barley half full container?! I come on my lunch break which isn't long so the wait alone took my whole break - let alone I get back to work to finally eat to find soggy dead lettuce, a crispy burnt egg I cannot eat, burnt chicken and no Caesar dressing for a Caesar salad?!? I couldn't eat any of it!? I am really frustrated that I paid for whatever that was and a huge waste of time and then had to go find something else to for lunch!

We have been going to Grill'd Benowa Gardens quite regularly and it was always good and consistent. However, ordered two take away burgers and chips last week and it was absolutely rubbish. Guy even repeated our order on the phone which we confirmed but when we arrived home, we got a different burger than ordered and it was pitch black burned. Also the other burger was overcooked and not the same as before..Called the manager and the best he could do was offer a 'free' burger next time, which we basically already paid for. Nothing for the inconvenience. Won't be coming back anytime soon!
