Hungry Jack's Burgers Upper Coomera — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Went in for some lunch, ordered my meal which was a 2 cheeseburger meal and my mate got the same meal but ordered before me. My mate got his meal and the girl at the front counter disappeared and said nothing leaving the next worker in charge of front counter completely in the dark. So I’m waiting for my meal still even I saw the cheeseburgers were made at the same time my mates burgers were and no one served them up. As I’m waiting, 5 people ordered meals and all got them received straight away and mine was still sitting there waiting to collect yet no worker didn’t even look up at the screen to see the orders. By the time it went a bit quiet, one the guys finally looked up at the screen but served up my mates order (order 261) as the girl who disappeared, disappeared without checking off that order 261 had been served so I got served an order that wasn’t mine and I said to the guy behind the counter that 261 had been served already mine is 262 and he seemed confused and still gave me the wrong order anyway. By the time I got my meal, which was roughly 15 minutes after my mate got his, my burgers were cold and my drink also was getting warm as well. Very far from happy. Dear Hungry Jack's Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and food quality during our visit to your Hungry Jacks Coomera store on 12 April , at approximately 8:15 - 8:20PM via drive-through.

We specifically chose the drive-through for convenience and to save time. However, after placing our order of two burgers and a serving of tenders, we instead received three burgers and no tenders. Despite opting for a quick experience, we ended up waiting in the drive-through bay for around 10 or 15 min minutes before having to go inside to address the issue and collect our food.

Additionally, the chips provided were cold and unappetising, requiring us to request a fresh batch, which was still disappointing. To add to the frustration, we attempted to connect with your team through the Hungry Jack’s app, but were unable to do so as that too did not work.

Ultimately, this $49.05 meal failed to meet the quality and service standards we associate with your brand, leaving us dissatisfied with both the experience and the food.
