One would think in such a competitive market that these amateurs would take their poor reviews seriously, many left in the past for the same issues and poor service served-up as far back as two years ago and longer!? Clearly no need to shift attitudes to a better customer experience - a cultural issue likely featuring from top-down. We have tried supporting this circus for two years in hope for improvement given its local convenience - but these low standard can no longer be tolerated!! Recommend avoiding at all costs. I would rather drive 20-30 minutes in any different direction to save disappointment or exposure to basic, entitled and ignorant attitudes!
