I came here last a month ago and the young is light haired guy was super friendly and helpful! But when I came here today all the staff ignored us when we walked in and the female waitstaff just threw down the covid details form on the table and said “fill this in” we came 1.5 hours before close and there were a few other groups of people but all the food didn’t taste too fresh, even when ordered instead of taking it off the belt. The food is good. HOWEVER I came in tonight (22/5), only person in the store at the time, ordered 4 things and waited 35 fkn minutes. A handful of people started coming in at least 15 minutes after me and got their orders before me before the bored looking girl working the til asked me what I was waiting on, I also wasn’t informed when placing my order that there was a wait, like the girl was telling every second customer after me (started telling them around 20minutes into my wait).
