I would say this is the best sourdough bread in QLD. They don’t sell pastries or croissants. Instead, they have focused on sourdough breads, which are crispy on the outside, and amazingly soft and chewy on the inside. If you come to GC, you must come here to grab it!

I was excited by all of the 5 star reviews claiming "best sourdough in aus". I went here at 1030am on a Monday, and bought the most mediocre loaf of my life. Tasted like it was at least a day old. Not very impressive. Won't return again.

I was excited by all of the 5 star reviews claiming "best sourdough in aus". I went here at 1030am on a Monday, and bought the most mediocre loaf of my life. Tasted like it was at least a day old. Not very impressive. Won't return again.

The bread is very good however closed the past 3 times I’ve been there despite being early and their website saying the business is open. Bit frustrating when you travel there on the suggestion it is open...
