Food was horrible, service was terribly bad. It was my partners 30th bday dinner. We had booked for a group of 4, we had to wait 15 minutes at the front desk just to be seated. Whilst standing and waiting to be seated we had numerous wait staff walk past and ignore us / avoid any eye contact - incredibly frustrating, especially when we had a booking. We were seated in a dark corner on a unset table we then waited 20mins for someone to take our orders I ended up walking to the counter. During the night out of the blue a DJ was set up right infront of us as they were setting up nobody took to consideration where we were seating and how close these speakers were. No common sense. The front of house was useless no customer service skills, unwelcoming and very off putting when she finally decided to set our table. Service was very slow, meals came in drips and drabs and one order was not placed although I did repeat myself 3 times by this time we had been waiting for an hour for our food only thing that came out was my sons pizza. We ordered drinks first at the bar, bartendee was absolutely rude his accent was very strong couldnt understand a word he was saying we had to point out what we wanted a few times. When asked for a jug of water he huffed and filled a small glass of water and slammed it on the bench. Waitress was uninterested, rude and clearly had no idea on the menu. So dissapointing never will we return and definitely wont recommend this place. at first on arrival we were happy, finally found somewhere to eat and have some drinks. The 4 of us sat down, were greeted by the waitress and offered water and given menus. When we finally received our drinks I noticed mine was very watered down (Long Island) which was quite disappointing, by the time we got our pizzas they were cold, soggy and quite frankly not worth any cent of the charged price. Just as I finished eating I noticed the men in the kitchen cooking without gloves on and sweating profusely, very off putting during this covid period!! I then started noticing how disgustingly dirty the venue is! When it came time to pay I noticed we have been charged $18 for 2 bottles of water!!! We were under the impression the glass of water offered at the start was complimentary, never was a charged mentioned. I wouldn’t have had an issue with paying if the waitress had mentioned this, when brought up with the waitress at the end she became extremely aggressive and argumentative, she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. I tried giving her some feedback for future reference she then loudly spoke above me saving “no worries bye!”. I work in customer support so I understand how important it is to have good relations with the customer, this brunette international waitress showed me the worst customer service, the worst communication skills and the most horrible service I have ever received. Very disappointed with the Ladies Lunchchoen package at Pink Money. No recommended! Very ripped off! We book for 6 of us today from 12 - 2 pm, booked a week ahead. $75 per person for 2 hour limited time sitting. In the menu, there are 6 oysters will be serve per person (on request). All of us expecting to order one for each of us and we started ordering as soon as we got there. We were served with 1 plates of oysters (6 oysters on plate) an hour later. When we asked, the waitress said it supposed to be a dessert! Then we asked what about the other 4 serves we supposed to get, the waitress said they already ran out (at 1 pm, the restaurant open at 12 pm). After a while we saw other tables got oysters served so we asked them again because they told us they ran out but other people got them. The waitress said they have to have enough for everyone. This comes to the point that we asked question so 6 of us is not included in "Everyone"? Very bad, such a dodge business. Never ever return to this place again and will tell everyone we know to not going to this place to get ripped off by this package. The business should have numbers of guests in prior and know how many minimum booking even a day before but only provide a very bad service. Not again...
