I bought a painting from this team when I visited and the experience was an issue from start to finish. I was visiting from the USA, was going to take the painting with me but they told me they could arrange postage and took 3 days to confirm what postage costs would be. Once confirmed I had to revisit as they kept spelling my email address wrong to send me the payment link.
Then three weeks later when I am back home in the USA I tried to get the postage details from them as I hadn't heard anything from their team only to learn that the item hadn't been posted. The store team blamed the head office team, the usual run around.
Eventually worked out that they hadn't actually spoken to Australia Post when quoting me postage rates, as they now couldn't post it. They were unable to find another company to do so and it ended in a refund. Not taking into account the international fees their screw up cost me.

Read moreWow! What a wholesome experience we had as a family for my mums 70th! As the weather wasn't favourable for some other outdoor activities, we made some last minute changes and decided to do the Walkabout Tour less than 30 minutes before it was scheduled to start. We hadn't bought our tickets yet and just showed up at the centre. Although we were told the tour was most likely not going ahead over the phone, brother Kailen went above and beyond and kindly accepted to take us on the tour even if it was just the 3 of us.
We were fully immersed and engaged from start to finish. It didn't feel anything like a service we paid for, it felt like we were taken on a journey into the paradise that is Kombumerri country. We all came away feeling emotional, enriched, even more connected, appreciative and with a better understanding of the land thanks to the passionate, proud and generous indigenous brother, Kailen.
Thank you so much for generously sharing your authentic heart, the stories and your knowledge with us Kailen! It was magical!
If you are visiting this area, don't miss out on the...
