Subway — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

I wanted to share with you all I attend a memorial at Church in Tugun, and I was amazed the note written on Platters delivered by SUBWAY TUGUN. I am attaching the photo but have rubbed the name so it doesn’t reveal the name of person I was attending. It said “ In honor of memory we wanted to provide a thoughtful gesture during this difficult time.”

WOW so so kind and thoughtful gesture and words for that family. I am not a tech person at all, and didn’t have a Google account but ended up making one to give a shout out to SUBWAY TUGUN. I have hardly tried Subway in my life but now this store will be my go to store. I felt this is so much more than just a fast food...

My Partner and I choose to eat here over the several Subway Restaurants that are in between our home and workplace as the customer service is incredible and the ‘Sandwich Artists’ are truly just that, artists!

Akash, who is the lovely young lady who serves us on most occasions provides upstanding service, she is always well mannered and polite.

She is the epitome of great customer service and that is the reason we continue to come back, that and she makes our Subs with care.

Hina and her family-centred team at Tugun helped and supported me and our family so much whilst we were dealing with the unexpected and tragic passing of my mom whom was hit by a car just down the road from her shop. She was so patient and flexible with order and payment details and she had everything delivered to the church so I didn’t have to worry about anything — This is exactly what one needs in these horrible situations.
