Edit:This morning (following day) I woke up with a bad case of gastro, still waiting for a response from subway.
I went in here to get lunch today and was confronted by the rudest little girl with the most appalling attitude towards customer service. Another lass was making my sub when this girl reached across in front of her to get something, her arm pit no more than a few millimetres above my sub a centimetre at most) while she was mucking around with something. I asked her if she could please not put her arm pit over my food to which she responded, with out so much as looking at me, "I didn't touch it" in a very blunt manner. I told her I don't care, I don't want your arm pit over my food. She then continued with what she was doing and completely ignored me. I repeated myself to which she said she was finished now and walked off just ignoring me again. I really should have just walked out at that point but I was hungry so I didn't. When I paid at the counter this girl was close by so I commented to her that she had a terrible attitude. Again, she just ignored me so I told her that I was talking to her. She just turned and walked away and, without even looking at me, said "If you don't like it, don't come back". I'll be very happy to oblige her and would strongly recommend that others do the same. No uniforms and no name tags so let's just call her the entitled little girl with dark hair and so much eyeliner I'm surprised she can even open her eyes. Why on earth she is in customer service or food service is beyond me. PS I've now found out trying to contact Subway customer feedback is a joke. By phone there is just a message to leave a message (which no one has replied to as yet) or fill out their online form. The online form can't be submitted without a variety of information including store number. There's a link for finding the store number but when you follow it the page has no information on it what so ever. Pretty poor...

The girls working behind the counter, including the manager’s, attitude was disgraceful.
I wanted to add to my order and I was met with an aggressive response of “next time order everything at the same time” in which I responded I have just changed my mind, the girl serving me aggressively responded and tried to show off in front of a other customers.
The store was full and the girls giggled and gossiped to their team in front of me, rolling their eyes to other customers. The manager jumped in and started to give me aggressive attitude and when I asked for the name of the girl so I could make a complaint she said we can’t give names and she wouldn’t take a complaint. She stood there and laughed at me and I left the store.
I would NEVER buy from this store again, these employees are an embarrassment to the owner of this store and should not be employed in customer...
Read moreI have never received such bad customer service. Staff were unbelievably rude. At first, I ordered 3 items, but they told me why I didn't order 3 items at the same time. I wanted to write name down for each ones so I asked if I could borrow a pen. They told me we don’t have a pen, you have to remember and they giggled. Then I had phone call to buy 3 more, soon as I hung up the phone, the staff said that they don’t have bread (I saw some bread in the shelf) and squeezed the three foot long subs that I had already ordered into a small paper bag, and the three of them sneaked behind the kitchen giggling and waited for me to leave. I had to go to another store to buy 3more and cookies, so I went to the Ashmore store. They were great ( especially after that disgusting experience) I would never go to the Benowa garden...
