Really disgusting food and service, $30 for pasta that tastes like penne in tinned tomatoes, garlic bread was three bits of burnt bread squished in tin foil, pizza was below average, spend your money anywhere else around here to get better pizza for much less, staff are unprofessional and need customer service training Edit: what an absolute lie, we gave you back the whole pasta after trying one bite and you gave us only $15 back when we paid $30, we didn’t ask for a refund for anything else, I have given plenty of 5 star reviews which people can see for themselves, the pasta was floating in sauce and you came out with a bucket of commercial Napoli sauce that you heat up and throw underdone Penne in, I have tried some pretty bad food but nothing so bad that we couldn’t just eat it at all so you have made food so bad that we couldn’t even force it down, if you are trying to make the worst pasta in the country you are doing incredibly well at that, take the criticism instead of lying about it and focus less on your ego and more on the food and service you provide, look at your other reviews instead of the 5 star reviews you have got your friends and family to...

Oh dear. Caveat Emptor. From the ridiculous online fee, to the service to the pizza itself. When I arrived at 7pm on a Saturday night to pick up my large supreme ($32+) and I was the only order they had, my concerns began. When I took away my supreme, it felt like I was carrying an empty box (which literally has not a single word or graphic on it). Got home, took a look, got in the car, took it back. Complete waste of money and any pizza from Coles would put this thing to shame. Ultra thin base, rock-hard dry crust, no cheese to even keep the other few ingredients from sliding off as soon as you pick it up.

After reading their Hope Island store reviews I was honestly looking forward to trying this. Could not be more disappointed. If you love pizza (or even if you just like it), this place is not going to put a smile on your face. Buyer beware.

EDIT: I think your response will likely cause more damage to your business than any bad review ever could.

Pop across the road, buy yourself a large supreme pizza from Three Kings and put it beside yours.

Here is my review for godfather. I walked in there making it look like. Oh my gosh that's expensive but I wait until the lady brought out the food to me to tell her that after I had my first bite that I quietly enjoyed the pizza. And my previous pizza shop ownership

The quality and toppings are superb. Fresh. The dough is thin and nice, not doughy.
