So i took my mum out for dinner last night. Been here a couple of times now and always quite pleasant. Steak certainly wasn't the best, tonight, but has been ok previously. My issue is apparently a Senior Person or wise one as you have on the menu (my mum) is only allowed to be a senior or wise one Monday to Sunday between 11.30 - 2.30 pm. Oh but you can be a little one (child) during those times and order a kids meal, that's allowed. A senior is a senior 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You either offer a full seniors discount like many other pubs and clubs do or you dont!!. Talk about discrimatory. On previous occasions staff agree the policy is stupid and put through the seniors meal. But no, not tonight. The young bloke serving needs to have a lesson in customer service, be friendly and show a bit respect. It wasn't busy and one would think you would do all you can to keep your customers...

What a great gem nestled in Burleigh. Moved up from Sydney last year and never thought to go, although literally 5 mins drive away. Decided to go last week food was amazing!! Took friends from Sydney, and one said was the best steak sandwich he had ever tasted. Eye fillet steak, chicken schnitzel, fish also did not disappoint . So happy decided to go again for dinner five nights later. Also perfect food. Chicken supreme was delicious, amazing flavours, wishing you had more. Staff are friendly and provide great customer service. It was pretty busy however didn’t have to wait long for our dinner. Additionally family friendly with jumping castle and face painting.
