Cafe Biaggi — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. The service and quality of food has vastly improved since the new owners have taken over. The majority of the food is now home made and full of flavour and the staff may be super busy but thete still attentive. The increase in wait time is obviously a testament to the fact they are much more busy now .I personally have now problem waiting 20 minutes for food that is made to order. If I want fast food I eat at MacDonalds so maybe they should go there next time. You go to any good cafe on the coast and you always have to wait a while for your food if you want it made to order. Loved my experience at Cafe Biaggi. I am a big fan of a coffee break during my biking trips. While the biking around Burleigh’s Highway is not recommended… a stop at Cafe Biaggi is a 10/10 recommended stop! The cafe was packed which led me to believe they had great coffee and boy they did not disappoint! The team was fantastic and wicked fast! My regular skinny flat white x-shot espresso was spot on with lovely latte art! Highly recommend a stop at Cafe Biaggi.

Won’t recommend!

There was an Asian guy at the cafe who took my coffee order and he has literally given me a cold coffee and the large size doesn’t have 3 shots of coffee that it is meant to have. I confirmed with him before taking the coffee if it had 3 shots and he agreed.

Usually the other staff at the cafe are pretty good and make good coffees but this morning it was terrible.

I had to get to work and reheat the coffee to be able to drink it in this cold weather.
