I recently visited a Oh My Waffle and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience there. The service was top-notch - the employees were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. They made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in the door. The food quality was excellent - the waffles were fluffy, crisp and cooked to perfection. I ordered the Straight outta Burleigh waffle and it was delicious, the chocolate brownies were baked perfectly and added a decadent touch to the waffle.

The interiors of the waffle place were also a standout. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The decor was well-designed, with a great balance of modern and vintage elements that created a unique and memorable atmosphere.

Overall, my visit to this waffle place was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a welcoming and friendly environment. My recent order from Oh my waffle was like a bad blind date—long, disappointing, and leaving me questioning my choices. After waiting an eternity (okay, 1hr 30m), the waffle arrived looking like it had given up on life—mushy and poorly presented, with caramel and crumbled Biscoff half-heartedly thrown on top.

Now, I'm no stranger to disappointment, but this took the cake, or in this case, the waffle. So, I left a review expressing my dismay, only to be met with a response that made me feel like I'd walked into a therapy session. Yes, I recommended an item off your menu, but that was before this culinary catastrophe unfolded.

This experience felt like finding a raisin in my cookie —unexpected and unwelcome. It's disheartening to see staff visibly overwhelmed and rolling their eyes at customers. Perhaps it's time to shift the focus from maximising profits to ensuring an enjoyable experience for every guest. Consider this feedback as a gentle nudge to uphold the standard worthy of your four-star rating.

Normally I don’t write bad reviews but this place definitely deserved one. From the outside it seems super cute and family friendly. But the experience we had was otherwise. First of all, placed an order for waffles and waited for 20 minutes - watching other people come and collect Uber eats orders before we were served. Then another group of people ordered after us and got their orders before us. Secondly, we had been sitting there for 20 minutes with the staff watching us (we literally made contact several times) and not one of the four staff on ask us what we had ordered or why we were waiting. We also sat there listening to the staff poke fun at the Uber eats drivers, giggle and chat away. As a business owner, I was cringing hardcore. Lastly when I spoke to the staff member who put my order through she said she must have misplaced the docket. I asked for a refund which declined and will now have to chase up the store management tomorrow. Do not recommend this...
