Beachmere Bakery — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

When ordering bread rolls for Christmas I specifically asked for the larger rolls for hamburgers and paid for it. When I got them home Christmas Eve I had 1/4 of the breadrolls the right size and the rest were like a dinner roll size, not big enough for hamburgers. It was quite obvious that there were 2 different sizes of breadrolls in my bag, and whoever prepared my order didn’t look at what they were doing/ didn’t actually read the order properly/ or wasn’t really concerned as long as the order was done. I’m not very happy at all. They gave me my money back for the wrong sized rolls as the didn’t have any of the larger size left, which is why I made an order in the first place to get what I wanted before everything ran out. The refund still doesn’t make up for the fact that I asked for a specific product for a reason and ordered it well in advance so I wouldn’t miss out and the order still got stuffed up. Nice shop front, friendly staff but the food we ordered wasn’t great. I asked for an egg and bacon quiche. Even double checked that the one she picked from the case was egg and bacon as the one in front of it had a spinach leaf poking out the top. Each time I was told yes. Surprise, surprise it was spinach. Very thin and barely any filling which consisted of mostly spinach. Resembled the weight of a party pie. Nice pastry though.
