I'll start by saying I love boost juice. Passion mango is my favourite and very refreshing especially on a hot summer's day. That being said the last few times I've gone to Morayfield Boost the service has been disappointing. Waiting 15-20min for a juice seems a little excessive especially when there's an abundance of staff. A few weeks ago ordered my juice stood to wait and noticed all the stuff were standing around another staff member crying. I understand obviously this staff was upset but surely one staff member could of taken her to the side rather than we all stand there and watch her cry and no drinks being made. Then said upset staff member started working while wiping their nose and eyes on the sleeve of their shirt, very gross to witness. And the most recent event was yesterday when there were six staff members on but for 5min at least no one was making juices and then only one staff member was aking the drinks one at a time. As there was about 5 orders in front of me this meant it took a long time for my drink. I understand there are things to get done and staff are on different roles, but surely staff can be flexible and jump to making drinks...
Read moreI love the smoothies here but I am sick of asking for all the ingredients that I have paid for to be inside the cup and watching them put a third of the total mixture into "wastage" and refusing to top up my smoothie which would prevent wastage. Youre insisting on wastage. I literally ask for this every time and have never been refused. Put some guidelines on the jug so the volume is perfect and all the ingredients that are paid for by the customer can be given TO the customer. Its literally that easy. As an ex cafe manager I really do understand that this is not that hard. Sorry to rant about it but it is super frustrating when the drink costs 10 bucks....
Read moreStaff must've been having a bad day as I hardly received decent customer service. No "Hey how are you?" or even a "What can I get for you?". I was stared at until I said what I wanted, paid, and then waited for my food. Young girl who gave it to me handed it to me and I smiled and said "thank you" but didn't receive a smile or "Have a great day." I don't believe I'm expecting too much as I work 2 customer service jobs, and that is bare minimum customer service. But maybe they were having a bad day, could still at least act like they were happy. My drink also had chunks of banana not blended properly, but I don't really think that counts as...
