The Coffee Club Morayfield Shopping Centre — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I wish I could give this place more than 1 star but it needs a Zero on the rating scale. Second try at this store - was told it will be 30mins for melas - my son , partner and my self . Drinks came out first - partners milkshake was fine - my sons hot chocolate was not heated warm it was like just borderline . I asked the staff to Re do it - when I asked her she rolled her eyes at me …. Meals Came out —- the avocado I had on sourdough was tough as nails - seeing the coffee club won’t smash it for you etc you have to pay more and still do it ya self — it was rock solid …. My drink came out - but it was wrong - they took it back - then was told my drink was spilt ..-and I’m getting anew one - never came . After we finished I went to the counter and asked for a refund - the young girl who looked like she was in training asked for help - the lady asked me who was making the coffees asked me what was wrong etc and she was very apologetic- I guess the only good part of the experience eh * … I got a refund - I don’t wasn’t rude or cranky just didn’t appreciate eyes being rolled at me etc def won’t be coming back again for round 3 . Maybe all the the other reviews etc and negative experiences should be taken to head office . I might actually tell...

Wow , wow , wow……. I’m visiting from another state & went with my Daughter-in-law & Grandkids. What a HUGE mistake!! Had to ask for the table to be cleaned off from the previous customer. The table was left soaking wet , so I … the customer …… dried it with clean tissues from my bag. So now the order …….my daughter-in-law ordered Eggs Benedict ( her favourite ) only to be brought eggs you could bounce off the wall & asked for them to be redone. This WAS done and a vast improvement. Then granddaughter ordered the burger with chips & was lucky to get 8 chips on her plate. My grandson ordered the “ rain bow “ pancakes ……. REALLY ….. he received 3 little piklets & a small scoop of ice cream with a few 100s & 1000s sprinkled on top . My flat what looked like an ordinary toasted sandwich had weird looking “chicken”. I haven’t seen my family for a long time so my daughter-in-law surprised me and shouted us all the lunch “ treat “ when I found out she’d paid just over $90 !!!! I was absolutely horrified. Waited forever to get served, asked for a gluten free HCT toasted sandwich and that everything needed to be gluten free, the lady then asks if I want chips with the sandwich. I asked if they are cooked with non gluten free items and a ‘yes’ was provided. I asked for no salad dressing on the side salad as it would have gluten in it. Food came out covered in salad dressing, sandwich was soggy. They bought out a sausage roll for myself when I asked for a spinach and feta parcel. They took it back with no apologies, just rolled eyes. Bought it out 20 mins later at room temp. I also asked for tomato sauce (and paid for it when I ordered) and they didn’t bring it out until I asked 2 times, as I response I got thrown up arms and stormed off into the kitchen by a staff member. Staff are rude and unapologetic with terrible customer service. They are all laughing, messing around and eating at the front counter. So many people around us were frustrated and I heard 2 people ask where their food is. I will never be back and will suggest others...
