This cafĂ© couldn’t be easier to find – it sits right inside the shopping centre, just in front of the game arcade, making it a handy stop whether you’re shopping, meeting friends, or taking a break with the kids. The location is spot-on for families, with a play area nearby that keeps little ones entertained while parents enjoy their coffee. There are plenty of tables spread out, so even during busy times it’s not too hard to grab a seat. The setup makes it comfortable for both quick pit stops and longer catch-ups, with enough space to relax without feeling cramped. The coffee itself is smooth and satisfying, the kind of reliable brew that keeps people coming back. It’s not just about convenience – the quality matches the easygoing atmosphere, so you leave feeling like you’ve had a proper cafĂ© experience rather than just a rushed drink. Locals and regular shoppers appreciate it as a family-friendly, practical option that still delivers on taste. Whether you’re juggling errands or just looking for a spot to rest your feet, this cafĂ© is a welcoming choice that ticks all the right boxes.

Looking for something quick and easy in Westfield at North Lakes we stopped by here. It’s a convenient location just outside the K-mart store. The menu here is a little like airport food options. What we had was bland, overcooked and dried out. A simple toasted tomato and pineapple sandwich order came with no butter on it so was a bit like eating cardboard. The chips were also overcooked with no seasoning whatsoever and tasted so disgusting that in fact we didn’t eat them. Prices were the going rate ($34 for 2 sandwiches a tea and a coffee) and the service although expedient was unexciting. No smiles from the interactions with staff, the tables were given a half hearted wipe over here and there, our order came out incorrect with no offer to rectify it (she did apologise though). They were however extremely busy on the day and the cup of tea was nonetheless enjoyable. Probably will give them another chance but I won’t go back here during busy periods.

Great place to bring the kids if you have a young family. They have a kids menu and do the cutest babycino I’ve seen💕 Not so great a choice if you are older and have a low tolerance for shrieking small children in the playground
. The coffee was pretty good, the fresh juices were nice enough and reasonably priced compared to other places I’ve been. The food came out reasonably quick considering how busy it was. Staff were friendly and attentive with service today. This is situated inside a shopping centre, so there is always lots of ambient noise so not a first choice if you want somewhere quiet. The food itself was pretty good and the big breakfast was quiet generous in portion. A good choice for coffee and cake too as they have a nice selection in the cabinet. This is close to IKEA, so if you want something healthier than meatballs, this is a good stop before or after you shop.

We were at the mall shopping and my 10 year old son who has a disability was tired and thirsty and asked if we could go and grab a milkshake and sit and drink it in the cafe before we headed off home there was plenty of empty tables outside and inside so I chose a table inside my son sat at the table while I went to order the guy behind the counter asked what I would like I said a large banana milkshake please he said to have here or takeaway I said to have here the guy said with a tone as if it was a strange request “to have hear?” I assumed he was saying why would you have just a milkshake here I said that’s ok I’ll take it away he said you can have it here I said no take away just didn’t feel welcome in the cafe after that so we sat on the seats outside by the bank to drink the milkshake I won’t go back to that cafe again Can shove your rude service we could of gone to another cafe but chose your cafe instead the guy that served me when you said “to have here” did you think ok maybe she might just wanted to just sit at a table to have her drink instead of walking in the mall drinking it maybe I might order something else or if you actually looked up for a minute or two you would of seen I had a child with me and two shopping bags...

Definitely want to start with a positive, the coffee is great. Tastes really nice, made really well. I’d be lying if I faulted it.

The food
.something else. The order was wrong, which happens, mistakes happen and that’s okay. We got given an eggs Benedict and some kind of sandwhich with chips for breakfast. Honestly, probably the most disgusting eggs Benedict (or attempt at) that I have ever tasted. The bread wasn’t toasted, the bacon was stone cold and didn’t appear cooked. Whatever was used to make the hollandaise just ruined it. Not sure what happened there.

The toasted sandwhich, well that should be marketed as just a sandwhich featuring undercooked meat. The spinach on it tasted like seaweed and was damp, perhaps from being stored incorrectly. The chips with it tasted like they had been fried in old oil, the whole meal was pretty much inedible after a few bites. Based on this alone, I’d never suggest ordering food from there.

Coffee though, definitely worth giving them a go! Made...
