After visiting a while ago and ordering churros for two and not getting what we ordered with a churro missing not a huge deal but still disappointing given the cost. I contacted the store and was offered to have our next order doubled for free, was stoked and thanked them for being so generous. (This was actuality an offer to have our new churros for two order doubled for free) We visited again and my son got his birthday offer of churros fiesta with churros for six which should have come with 6 dip cups and I got a churros for 2 supposedly doubled for free which should have come with 2 dip cups for each lot of churros for two so 4 in total for my order....10 in total for the entire order. We took our order home and unpacked on our dining table. Two dipping cups were missing...we only had 8 in total and the majority of them were very very low. Normally they are rather quite full. The photos attached are before having been touched or eaten from aside from that first dip to show just how little you could actuality dip a churro into the cup....they weren't dipping cups...they were tipping cups...could only put chocolate on the tips of the churros... contacted the store to ask if this was to be expected ? And this time around was completely ignored. So i guess this is their new normal. This was our go to treat for the family for special occasions and birthdays but not anymore. The consistency and quality of service at the Northlakes store is ridiculous. Not worth the time effort or money. Better off going elsewhere! Given the other sarcastic and rude replies to negative feedback in reviews I'm guessing ill get the same instead of anything constructive or actually remotely sincere in being apologetic...honestly just don't bother. --Oh, a "we're pretending to care but really just making excuses" response...how surprising. On going back and re-reading the offer extended originally with the first orders mistake technically by the wording yep you are right. It does in fact say "double your churros for free", without mentioning the sauce. Wonder how many people you get with that technicality with wording. Hope it's worth irritating people over. Even with that being the reason for why sauces were missing then why was I completely ignored the next time I politely messaged back about the issue in the last order? asking for an explanation? Why couldn't they have just replied back with that letting me know why instead of it taking a bad google review with photos before there's an answer and even then only to the review and still not to my original message? I was completely polite in my messages, the handling of the matter, rude. It would have been nice to be told this at the counter when ordering that the sauces weren't included it was just churros and asked if id like some sauce to go with the churros, I would have happily paid for them at the time. However it doesn't explain the pathetically low levels of sauce in the cups. OR is that just how it is, how you make up for previous mistakes and treat your customers giving them half serves in parts of an order with the sauces being far below the expected norm. Why so stingy with the sauce servings?

My wife and daughter ordered the choc hazelnut croffle with a extra hazelnut dip I ordered the og croffle with a milk chocolate dip halfway through ordering the girl walked away to talk to another girl working there come back then finished placing my order while taking my order she didn't once make eye contact with me was looking down the whole time and seemed to get angry when I asked for the extra dips oh and never said hello can I help you at the start or thank you at th end all she said was tap card there. After ten minutes of waiting she come over and said they had run out of croffles can she replace them with churros we said no worries she walked away without saying anything else sorry about inconvenience or anything five minutes later a young man come over and said another person had placed a order of croffles and didn't come pick it up so we could have there croffles.a extra five minutes went by then she come over with a bag with our stuff in it and said we figured you would have wanted to go home to eat we said no we wanted to eat here but anyway we she puts bag on the table and walks away it really felt like they wanted us out like they were kicking us out but we wanted to eat it there. We got home to realise they had gotten our order completely wrong there were no strawberries no extra dips at all and it looked like they had just thrown it in their boxes like they had no care on what it looked like. The croffles were stone cold the chocklate had gone a bit hard and very cold it was bloody disgusting and so disappointing really made me angry not only did we have to put up with their rudeness but they stuffed our order. Needless to say we will never go back

(Note hygiene and cleaniless should be top priority. There should be no "looking for ways" to keep a restaurant clean, there should be rules set in place to begin with. If the front is not clean, how may their general hygiene be in what we don't see?) Nice location and unique restaurant. But last few times, tables not cleaned, dishes not cleared from table. I was there for about 40 mins and the area was not cleaned. In fact garbage left over from other food places, that were in the mall court that closed over an hour before. I wanted to change tables but table was dirty so didn't. Also chairs not neatly put back and in disarray. Staff zigzagged to bring drinks. But not once clearing tables as they passed. Also, one weekday evening recently, doors were shut while staff were inside. About an hour and half before closing time. No sign. They did not answer their phone when I called to enquire if they were closed for the night, even though I saw three staff inside. I am not trying to bash San Churro, in fact I would like to see these issues addressed so I can continue going there. But for now, not in a rush to return, even though I live 5 mins away. Note, photos don't include the tables that had leftover San Churro dishes (people were near so didn't want to take photos of people in background). Response to Reply: I have been to San Churro 3x in last month. It is not just the outside that isn't cleared/cleaned. The inside of the restaurant is the same but is more of a mess since more people eat inside. The nearby restaurants seemed to have figured it out, you should ask how to keep your restaurant clean and tidy if unsure. Thank you.

08/04/2017 Worst dinning experience - I decided at the last minute to drive from Caboolture to Northlakes with my family to have some coffee and dessert. Placed our order 7.46pm and then waited at our table, the place was busy as it would be being a saturday night with people out and about. Our coffees arrived 10mins later, which was fine but the smoothie and milkshake didn't come with the coffee order ??? So as I was watching around i had noticed 2 tables that had arrived after us had receieved their coffees and cakes/churros. I approached the counter and enquired about our order only to be asked 'DO YOU HAVE YOUR RECEIPT' and i replied 'ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS ?? so the 3 staff members behind the counter plus the 2 waiters & manager all looked and questioned each other in front of me trying to work out where the order NO 46 was, only to be told DOCKET MUST HAVE DROPPED SOMEWHERE ?? how professional was that !!! The manager points & tells me that the cakes that were sitting at the back counter was part of our order (how long have they been sitting there ??) Then the manager tells me the share fondue platter will be out in 2mins, thinking our order would be a priority but NO it was not the case, i then asked again about the smoothie/milkshake, waiter tells me its coming straight out..yeah another 15mins later. So by 8.45pm the damn fondue platter that was told was going to be out in 2mins didn't even arrive, so i approached the counter only to see the staff members behind the counter trying to look busy and avoiding eye contact with me until finally someone took up the courage to speak to me. At that time I could see a line out the door and people standing at register so with quiet voice I politely said CANCEL THE ORDER AND GIVE ME A DAMN REFUND !!! The manager refunds me $20 hands the cash over and still used the excuse that the docket must have dropped with I'M SORRY..Teach your staff to more responsible and tell your manager to come up with a better response than trying to blame the...
